Austin Lane is proud to announce the selection of Jeff Monschke for the position of Systems Support Supervisor.  Jeff has been a highly-effective support technician for over two years at Austin Lane, and we have all grown to appreciate and expect his courteous and expert service.  Austin Lane has a philosophy of promoting from within, and this marks an important milestone in Jeff’s career as a technology professional.  In Jeff’s new role, he will be more involved in network management, hardware and software purchasing, and the Austin Lane Customer Newsletter (many of you have benefited from his regular column, Jeff’s Tech Tip).  Jeff will also be supervising and scheduling other support technicians, and providing them with second level support.  Please join us in congratulating Jeff on this accomplishment.
